The Project

Rescue-Portraits
What are they - and what is it?

These portraits are professional acrylic paintings on canvas and mounted into stretcher frames. They cost only 300 € each for size 40x50cms, which is a very good price.
These portraits retain their value and will be a lasting memento for both you and your family. Photos will at best be collected in albums or shoe boxes, in time they simply fade and vanish. Paintings will always retain their value, will be passed on through the generations and increase in value over time. Why not let yourself be immortalized in this way and 'rescued' into the future- into timelessness. Every person is unique. There is no beautiful or less beautiful. There are only the people, their originality, their uniqueness.

This project is limited to 500 portraits and the finished paintings will be presented on an internet portal www.rettungsportraits.de

The price of the portaits was reduced to 300 EUR by the project of 500 portraits, maintaining the same quality. You can visit the artist in order to have your photos taken, but you can also send one or many photos of your choice through this portal or by post. After completion of the project it is your choice whether the portrait will be sent to you or whether you will pick it up at the artist's studio.

Learn about the quality on the "Examples" pages. Click on an image and take a look at the slide show. On the website www.rettungsportraits.de you can track the project status at any time.

The purpose of the project is an exhibition of all 500 portraits at the end of the project. In order to keep all the portraits together, an exhibition will be held and a book will be made after completion of the project. In this book all portraits will be shown and many questions about the project will be answered. There will also be more background information.

PKF Krueger's mission in portrait projects is to highlight the uniqueness of the human physiognomy (facial expression). Particularly in this project, in which the viewer can experience the large number of 500 portraits in a single exhibition, Krueger positions himself as a protester against the violence in this world. Every day people are killed or mistreated. The project shall be considered to be a contribution to saving humaneness. Participate and let this project become reality. You will get your own portrait for a very competitive price and will become part of an exciting project.
